Private Practice and private referral details:

Mr. Bultitude sees self-funding, insured and embassy patients in his clinic at The Shard, London Bridge Hospital.

Appointment times: His main clinic is every Wednesday. Other appointments available during the week for urgent patients. Please speak with his PA to check availability.

Types of appointment: Whilst most new consultations are face-to-face, video and telephone consultations are available with Mr. Bultitude. Please speak with his PA to enquire about this.

Venues:

• Outpatients: The Shard Outpatient and Diagnostic Centre, 6th Floor, The Shard, 32 St. Thomas Street, London SE1 9BS. (entrance via St. Thomas' Street)

• Diagnostics: Blood and urine tests, radiology (ultrasound, CT and MRI) and outpatient cystoscopy are all done at the Shard. Sometimes radiology scans can be organised on the same day if very urgent. If you know you need a scan in advance, please mention this as it may be possible to book this to occur prior to the appointment.

• Procedures: Operative procedures take place at 'Private Care at Guy's' which is part of London Bridge Hospital and located at the top of the Guy's NHS cancer centre. The top four floors are wholly owned by London Bridge and have state-of-the-art facilities with 4 operating theatres, an intensive care unit and 2 wards.

Electronic Health Record: Mr. Bultitude uses an electronic health record for his private patients that allows them to register their details, upload any relevant documents/ letters and for patients to access their own letters etc.

Billing: Mr. Bultitude uses a specialist billing company for all his invoicing. They will deal directly with insurers, but will contact self-funding patients directly regarding this. The billing company is called 'Civica Medical Billing & Collection.
